It's located next to Tec de Monterrey in a university area well connected to downtown but also very close to the forest and far from everything. It has a main bedroom with a full bathroom and bathtub, another room which can be TV or sleeping, as it has a sofa bed that can fit another person. Equipped with a kitchen with indoor dining and a breakfast area in the patio. And a very enjoyable garden!

Suite Cardón is a stand-alone unit featuring rammed earth walls, a generous indoor-outdoor en suite bathroom, a work area, a large closet and wardrobe, and two twin beds that can be moved side-by-side to form a king-size bed that encourages more restful sleep than a fully shared bed. We designed much of the property to utilize passive cooling with sustainability in mind, so this suite stays lovely and cool. It has a ceiling fan to keep it fresh and breezy during the warmest months.
