Fairwood Lane is conveniently located on the north end of town close to Shopping, Parks, Brewpubs, Bus stops, Walmart, Target etc. There is a Papa John’s Pizza, a distillery and Ottos brewery within walking distance. A Short drive and you are downtown. You can also take the bypass for a quick trip to Beaver stadium. It is a freshly painted and furnished full time vacation rental on the edge of a quiet neighborhood. I have run Vacation Rentals for 6 years and am very attentive to guests needs.

This newly built house has whimsical "hobbit" accents and much charm! It's a beautiful setting with a wide front rocking porch that seats four to relax and enjoy the view. Outside seating with a fire pit & grilling area is a nice plus while wildlife peek in on your visit. Easy check in/out with few rules. Enjoy!
