Perfetto per coppie, viaggiatori o uomini d'affari, ti invitiamo a rilassarti nella pittoresca campagna del cuore del paese e a goderti l'eleganza rustica di questo alloggio, che vanta una posizione comodissima: siamo a soli 15 minuti di auto dall'aeroporto e da tutto ciò che Madison ha da offrire!

Rilassati e ricaricati allo Studio! Il monolocale è una suite unica di 37 metri quadrati al piano inferiore della nostra casa. Un ingresso privato con serratura si apre su uno spazio soleggiato con una splendida vista su una zona umida oltre il cortile. Patio privato per gustare il caffè del mattino e ammirare l'alba. Un luogo ideale per rilassarsi e godersi la bellezza della natura! Abbiamo binocoli se ami il birdwatching e biciclette per percorrere o fare escursioni sul Glacial Drumlin Trail, a soli 160 metri dalla porta d'ingresso. Licenza LICHMD-2021-00621.

Goditi tramonti spettacolari e viste sul lago di 10.000 acri dalla sponda nord. Pesca, caccia, barca, sci, nuoto, motoslitta o semplicemente prendi il sole e goditi la vista da questo tranquillo rifugio su una strada senza uscita. Vernice fresca, biancheria da letto e mobili rendono questa piccola gemma molto confortevole. Ottima pesca sul ghiaccio di walleye proprio di fronte a questa proprietà!

Our 3 Bedroom, 12 Bathroom House is located directly on the shores of Lake Koshkonong. The back deck overlooks thousands of acres of lake with endless lake views. Just steps off the deck, one can enjoy the grassy landscape leading to the lakeside fire-pit. Then continue out onto the end of the 140 foot top notch pier. The pier (seasonally of course) includes a bench on the end and stairs into the water so that you can take a refreshing swim on our sandy bottom shoreline.
