The Perch is a great hub for exploring Asheville, Hendersonville, the Biltmore Estate and surrounding mountains. The space is cozy, efficient and clean. Nestled in a quiet and friendly older neighborhood-great for walking. 3.6 miles from downtown Hendersonville, 7.5 mi. to AVL airport, 30 miles to Tryon Equestrian Center. One King bed, one daybed (twin mattress). Two cats and one tiny dog live on premises but not allowed in this space.

Centrally located, a 7-min dr to downtown Hendersonville, 20 Minutes from the Asheville airport, and about 35 minutes from downtown Asheville. Two bedrooms and sleeps 5. Across the street from the Ecusta Trail! There is a queen bed downstairs, two twins, and a king in the large room upstairs. There is also a ping pong table and big deck! The game room is not climate-controlled but there will be fans/heaters for you to use in that area and the upstairs is air-conditioned by a window unit.
