Ottima posizione a meno di un miglio dalla bellissima First Encounter Beach, una meravigliosa spiaggia della baia, e a cinque minuti a piedi dallo stagno d'acqua dolce con spiaggia sabbiosa. Spiagge oceaniche e pista ciclabile nelle vicinanze. Porta le tue biciclette o i tuoi kayak, oppure noleggiali, e goditi tutto ciò che Cape ha da offrire. Ideale per single, coppie, piccole famiglie. Ha un piccolo frigorifero, forno a microonde e Keurig. Non c'è una cucina.

Fuga tra i boschi di Wellfleet

Cucina aperta + soggiorno + sala da pranzo, con soffitto a spiovente in legno e due porte scorrevoli che si affacciano sul ponte, cortile + palude. Cucina funzionale con lavello da fattoria, DW, cucina e dispensa. Due comode camere da letto con aria condizionata, nuovi materassi e tende oscuranti. Bagno con vasca/doccia + molti asciugamani per la spiaggia o la casa. La doccia esterna è fantastica nei mesi più caldi! Goditi questo angolo tranquillo e nascosto di Wellfleet, con numerosi sentieri per passeggiate e splendide viste sul tramonto a pochi passi da qui.

Fuga sulla costa nazionale

Non è richiesta alcuna interazione con gli host durante il soggiorno. A 400 metri dal Centro Visitatori del Parco Nazionale Salt Pond e a 3,2 chilometri da Coast Guard Beach, votata la sesta migliore spiaggia d'America nel 2019 da Dr Beach. Il monolocale si trova sopra il garage e dispone di ingresso indipendente e bagno privato con doccia. Letto matrimoniale, wifi, aria condizionata mini split silenziosa, senza unità finestra, TV. C'è un angolo cottura con frigorifero, forno a microonde, macchina per il caffè, tostapane, lavello, senza piano cottura.

Situato in una strada tranquilla alla fine di un cul-de-sac. Un affascinante cottage 3BD/2.5BA che è stato recentemente rinnovato. Un sacco di spazio vitale e cucina completamente attrezzata. Ampio cortile privato con patio, nuova griglia e doccia esterna. 5 minuti di auto da Nauset Light Beach e Campground Beach. Un sacco di ristoranti e attività si trovano nelle vicinanze. **Il noleggio include l'intera casa come descritto. C'è un blocco separato sopra il garage che è occasionalmente occupato. Un sacco di separazione e privacy.**

This is a free-standing private cottage that sleeps 2 comfortably. A spiral staircase leads up to a sleeping loft with a queen size Nectar bed! There is a full futon couch on the main level. This cottage is not handicap accessible. The kitchen has everything you may need. The most spectacular thing about this home is its close proximity to the National Seashore. The salt pond, bike path, and freshwater ponds are also moments away!
