Situato in uno dei punti più alti di Agnes Water, ti permette di ammirare sia l'alba che il tramonto da Agnes a 1770 e Bustard Heads dalla veranda lunga 13 metri. Aperto agli ospiti per la prima volta a settembre 2021, il nostro cottage restaurato con cura è stato rifinito pensando al tuo comfort. Goditi il tranquillo isolato boschivo con animali autoctoni in abbondanza. Pur essendo in una zona privata e tranquilla, dista solo 1 km dalla spiaggia principale e 3 minuti da negozi, caffè e ristoranti in fondo alla collina.

Questo capannone convertito è completamente autosufficiente; offre ancora i comfort delle creature moderne, ma vive al 100% fuori dalla griglia. Solare, acqua piovana, toilette vermicompost, sistema di acqua calda antincendio... torna alle origini mentre ti godi ancora il Wifi. Connettiti con la natura, gli uccelli locali e i canguri. La capanna a Turkey Beach è la fuga perfetta per pescare, pescare granchi e rilassarsi. Ciò che manca di dimensioni lo compensa in posizione, trovandosi a soli 20 metri dalla rampa per imbarcazioni, a 50 metri dal parco e con 280 gradi di vista incontrastata sull'acqua. Questa posizione sul lungomare copre tutti, sia che si tratti del pescatore, della donna che vuole leggere mentre si gusta un bicchiere di vino sul ponte o i bambini che vogliono andare in bici e giocare nel parco. This unique pet friendly property is absolute oceanfront. It has the main residence and two private fully self contained apartments. Our friendly managers Jan and Steve and their little dog Charlie live on site. This comfortable apartment on ground floor has great ocean views from the bedroom. Pets are very welcome we just ask that they are not left unattended. We offer doggie sitting at very reasonable rates. All of the shared outdoor areas including the firepit, overlook the ocean.
