Ideal location for walking, exploring North Wales mountains, the historic city of Chester, Wrexham Football club. Convenient for Chester races or zoo, the International Eisteddfod in Llangollen or the World heritage site Pontcysyllte Aqueduct and canal. Fantastic mountain bike trail only 6 miles away. Games barn with table football, pool table and table tennis. Bathroom on the ground floor includes a luxury walk in shower, heated towel rail, washbasin, toilet and shaving point. The kitchen is fully equipped with integrated oven, hobs and fridge. A utility room provides a washing machine, microwave and ample storage.

A cosy home with underfloor heating, woodburner, fully equipped kitchenette, king sized bed & private parking. 5/10 mins walk to the steam train station, pub, canal & river. 1 mile from the centre of Llangollen which has many more pubs, restaurants & activities. Being in the area of outstanding natural beauty there are walks from the doorstep, but we're also only 35 minutes to Eryri/Snowdonia. The barn is not a big space, but is perfect for a getaway for two people. Everyone is welcome.

The barn was converted in 2016 to a luxury holiday let, decorated with modern and traditional touches. The barn is spacious and comfortable, with its own patio and shared use of the garden. The barn is next to our family home. We welcome families, business guests, walkers, couples and furry friends. The barn makes an ideal touring base for our local area, is within easy reach of great pubs and restaurants, theatres, market towns, plus the beaches/castles of Wales Coast/Snowdonia/Chester.
