This is a bespoke Shepherd's Hut designed for couples and singles, set in a 12 acre ornamental garden with Sea Views & Lakes. Close to beaches, Golf, Fishing, and the attractive seaside village of Portpatrick, with restaurants. The ferry to Belfast & Larne (6 ) at Cairnryan. Stranraer ( 7) miles with all facilities. In the cooler months the log fire heats the hut up very quickly. Wood provided. Drying facilities at house. If you want something different Glenwhan is the place for you.

Ivy Bank Studio, run by Mary & Jonathan, is an attached studio room of Ivy Cottage. It is independent from the main Cottage. Which itself was built in 1795 from local stone. It is situated on a private no through road, located directly in front of the Gem Rock museum and cafe. The location of the studio room in Creetown offers excellent outdoor views across to Cairnsmore Hill & Wigtown Bay. Creetown itself is a welcoming tourist village ideal for those wishing to explore Dumfries & Galloway.

The clear waters of Luce Bay and Monreith Beach are only 300 metres away, and there are miles of coastal walks, together with excellent golf courses, gorgeous gardens and stately homes, game fishing and mountain biking. The beach is renowned for its beautiful footpaths which pass rockpools, caves and harbours and Butcher's Cave is popular with birdwatchers for the wealth of species that thrive here.

The Granary is situated on our small working farm with stunning views over Wigtown Bay. Sleeps 2/4 with twin or double bedroom downstairs, single/double bed can be provided in lounge. Small child friendly, travel cot, high chair etc available. Short drive to beaches, Galloway Forest, hills and coast. Five minutes from Wigtown, handy for the Book Festival. A two bedroom, two hundred year old cottage, Tide View is situated centrally in Scotland's book town, Wigtown. With stunning views over the bay and Galloway hills, you can relax with the whole family or friends. This beautiful area of Galloway has wonderful beaches, scenic hills and forests. A well behaved dog is welcome, the house is fully fenced (1.3m high at lowest point) and there are dog walking areas at the doorstep and a children's play park 50m away.

Back Lodge. Alticry Farm

Well appointed cottage with spectacular setting and very private. Panoramic views over Luce Bay. Mull of Galloway lighthouse is the view from your double bed. Please note electric cars can be charged at Wigtown or Whithorn. Fast charges 50kw and 25p/kilowatt. Cottage wiring and fuses not suitable. The low power adds 4miles per charge and puts a great strain on the wiring/fuses. Like leaving a 8 bar heater on therefore not available at the cottage.
