PNW TINY HOUSE

Beautiful tiny house with all of the amenities. Kitchen with dishwasher, stove, refrigerator, microwave, and more. Bathroom with bathtub. Queen-sized bed in sleeping loft accessible via stairs. Outside space both in the front and back. Back outside space is fully covered from the rain and a lovely area. A great place to call home for two people while in town for work, or exploring our PNW wonderland. One hour from the coast, and from the Cascades, in the heart of Willamette Valley wine country.

The Marion Guest House near the Willamette River

The Marion is in a quiet residential area. A newer elementary school is behind the home. The 253 sq ft guest house has a desk/chair, TV, queen sofa bed w/ 2 ottomans, twin bed, bathroom, kitchenette & closet. At the end of the driveway, parking is directly outside the door of The Marion - to the right side of the red bud tree. The Marion will be directly to your left. Additional outside areas include the round paver patio & the oak tree covered front yard is a shared space with The Grand Marion.

Use this spot as a home base for all your adventures. Just 20 minutes from the Eugene Airport. You will enjoy short drives to the Oregon coast, mountain hikes, wine tasting, local u-pick market farms and more. We are conventional grass seed and hazelnut farmers who live next door and farm on the property. This home is nestled in a mature hazelnut orchard further surrounded by grass fields. Beautiful views everywhere you look. **Please note: There is no smoking allowed anywhere on our property

Hillside Cabin Retreat

Immerse yourself in nature at our serene tiny cabin in the woods. Secluded & private, yet minutes to the city & university! Enjoy your meals & watch the wildlife & sunsets from the large front deck. Relax & read a book in the hammock or watch the birds & enjoy the view from the terraced gardens. Fall asleep to the calls of the great horned owl! Large windows, well stocked kitchenette & outdoor shower create the perfect nature escape. Only 4 miles to Hayward Field, the U of O & Downtown Eugene!

Entire Studio -Country setting, quiet and private

Studio has own entrance and is separate from the main house. Studio has its own private bathroom with a shower, and laundry facilities, electric heat in the winter. Air conditioning only in the sleeping area of the bnb in the summer. There is a food prep area with a large sink. There is no oven but several small appliances available for meal prep.Studio sits on 6 acres with nearby hiking trails or towns. Would be nice for the traveling contractor who needs a room for their current local job.

This quiet sanctuary, with large living room, full bath, kitchen, two queen beds, and ample outdoor space is surrounded by acres of private forest and trails. A 40 minute drive will take you to the top of Mary's Peak, while the Pacific coast is just an hour away!

South Eugene Studio in the Hills

You'll feel like you're in a nest in the trees while staying in this freshly remodeled studio adjoining our personal home in South Eugene. Near town and close to all the necessary amenities, you'll still feel tucked away and in your own little retreat spot. With a full kitchen at your disposal, you'll be able to stop by any of the local farmer's markets and come home to make a beautiful fresh meal. If working from home is your thing, we've got fast wifi and a perfect spot to focus in.

Enjoy the comforts of home in a brand new apartment located close to the airport. Our location is centrally located about an hour from the gorgeous Oregon coast, an hour and a half from Portland and a few miles for eccentric Eugene. The 1,400 square foot upstairs apartment features a bedroom with a king size bed, bathroom, eating nook, great room with large sectional and kitchenette. Also great for a romantic getaway with your sweetie. Queen bed some mood lighting. Watch some tv on our roku and stair at the stars through the skylights. Enjoy a private entrance with outdoor seating.

Scenic cabin with a creek view

We are located 2 miles from the entrance to the Mary's Peak recreation area, the highest spot in the coast range. During winter, there is usually access to snow, only a 15 minute drive from our cabin to the top of Mary's Peak. Alsea Falls is a 25 minute drive. The coastal town of Waldport is a 45 minute drive, Oregon State University is a 20 minute drive away, and University of Oregon is 1 hour south of us. Cabin is on our private property where we live as well.

Pool house with hot tub and extras (year round)

Bring the whole family or use it as a private get away. Bedroom has a bunk bed that sleeps up to 3 people. The queen bed by the hot tub and pool sleeps 2 (privacy curtains). There is 1 couch and 1 futon. In addition to the pool and kitchen, there is an indoor fire pit, ping pong and foos ball, outdoor deck, yard (games bocci and croquet). One room with toilet/sink and one with shower/dressing area. VCR/DVD on two TVs, internet on 3rd.

The Guest House at Bellpine Vineyards

Retrofitted one-room outbuilding with loft on 70+ acres in a gorgeous setting with private, gated driveway. Set back 400' from quiet rural lane. Charming, rustic, cozy, secluded and very private, this country gem is just minutes from 9 local wineries. WiFi, DVD player, Netflix. Friendly dogs welcome, please let us know.
