Assolutamente NESSUNA festa e un massimo di 2 persone nella stanza in qualsiasi momento. Questo monolocale al 3° piano, tutto in legno, si trova proprio nel centro della città. A pochi minuti a piedi troverai ristoranti, bar, teatri e collegamenti con New York super facili (treno e autobus). L'appartamento è completamente aperto, ha un ingresso privato, bagno privato, arredi incredibili, parcheggio e tocchi incantevoli ovunque. PACCHETTI ROMANTICI DISPONIBILI.

Per impostazione predefinita, ogni soggiorno include una bottiglia di vino rosso in omaggio. Lo spazio è tranquillo per Montclair ma in posizione centrale. La nostra addetta alle pulizie Mikki è responsabile della pulizia e della preparazione dello spazio. È molto orgogliosa del suo lavoro, e siamo fortunati ad averla con noi. L'intero costo delle spese di pulizia va a lei. Viaggio quasi esclusivamente con AirBnb. Se apprezzi uno spazio esclusivamente tuo, come me, questo è probabilmente l'AirBnb che fa per te. Take it easy at this unique and tranquil getaway nestled in Montclair’s estate section. Spread over two floors, you have plenty of space to relax in this beautifully renovated guest house. Outdoor space includes a spacious patio with a wood burning chiminea. This one of a kind home is located on a 1.2 acre property with views of NYC from the bedroom (!) as well as access to a private Har-Tru tennis court. Tennis rackets and balls available. (Tennis court may not be playable in winter months.)
