Il portico chiuso dispone di enormi finestre che possono essere completamente aperte per una sensazione di essere all'aperto. La struttura si affaccia sul lago e gli ospiti hanno accesso a un piccolo lago non motorizzato dove possono pagaiare, galleggiare e nuotare. La struttura dista 20 minuti da Sun Peaks ed è circondata da sentieri escursionistici, laghi, campi da golf e molte attività all'aperto.
