My place is nestled near the heart of Montezuma. Beautiful beaches are within a 10 minute walk on either side of the Villa and the famous Montezuma waterfall is just a short walk up the river behind us. This is one of the few places to rent directly in front of the ocean. You’ll love my place because of the ocean view, the tide pool on the property and the beautiful garden. My villa is great for couples, solo adventurers, families with kids, and honeymooners. Daily cleaning service included!

The 2 Bedroom Tree House is on the upper level of a 2 story house, (level with the trees for animal sightings), and has 1 bathroom, 2 covered verandas, one with a BBQ and comfy chairs and another with open air kitchen, dining table and comfy seating Bedrooms have fans also for people who don't like AC. This house looks towards ocean and pool and is great for a family of 4/5 One bedroom is air conditioned, the other is surrounded with windows and benefits from the tropical breezes.

Feel the breeze end enjoy the amazing view 300 ft. above the pacific ocean. At night you can see perfectly the stars. The cottage is made with antics what gives it his unique warm touch, no tree had to be cut to make it. The property was completely reforested in the last 30 years.

The house is the result of a detailed planning whose excellent work was done by a local builder. There are three (3) rooms, all have air conditioning. The breezes are fairly regular on this high hill, so no mosquitoes. There are also ceiling fans everywhere in the house. One King bed, two Queen beds. The house is situated on a beautiful mountain side.
