Located 90 minutes north of Toronto close to the shores of Georgian Bay, an area renowned for its recreation, tourist attractions and nightlife. This private cozy detached two-story chalet is set on a one-acre lot in a beautiful natural setting with lush trees and greenery. Main floor features a spacious open concept living room with a gas fireplace, cathedral ceilings and oak floors. Enjoy access to Smart TV, free WiFi and DVD player. Fully equipped modern day kitchen, with all amenities of home ie: dishwasher, pots/pans, toaster, toaster oven, coffee machine, blender etc. Spacious and comfortable dining area along with bathroom. Amazing lower level suite-Deck on water

This incredible lower level suite on the most beautiful private beach..with deck on the beach and the suite is totally private and has a private entrance and is totally renovated with new downsview kitchen fireplace and private sauna with shower….the location is incredible with private parking spot.. 12 minutes to blue mountain 7 minutes to collingwood and 5 minute walk to the brand new CASINO AND RESTAURANT. This location is perfect for the most incredible beach vacation. BOOK BEFORE GONE…!!

This place includes a beautiful view of the lake, a spacious place, a great place to barbecue, have a warm dinner, and rent fishing boats, pontoon boats, kayaks, and canoes as a relaxing getaway. We have a convenient store right by the lake selling snacks, ice, pop, and ice cream. This includes a three bedroom with one bathroom, a large kitchen with enough utensils for 6 people, and a spacious living room. This place is on the lower floor of the building with a separate entrance and exit.
