The cozy living room area has a midcentury modern leather couch and a coffee table with lift top for working. Climb the stair ladder to the loft bunkbed area with 2 queen beds.

Nestled in the foothills of the Colorado Rockies, our home is centrally located to all that the Denver area has to offer. We are a quick 15 minute drive to Downtown, and to Red Rocks Ampetheater. It is also an hour jaunt to some popular ski areas, including Loveland Ski Resort and Winter Park. This suite includes an upgraded bathroom with a spa-like shower. Bedroom accommodation features a queen sized pillow top mattress, and TV with Roku. You'll also have your own dining space and kitchenette.

The Golden Walk-Out Retreat

Kick back and relax in this calm, stylish space. Close to Downtown Golden but far enough to enjoy peace/quiet and capture surrounding mountain views. Red Rocks 10min, Loveland Ski Area 45min, School of Mines 7min, along with all else CO has to offer! It's the lower level of a 2story house w/private entrance, locked access to upstairs, and backyard is a shared space. Queen Bed, Sofa, 65" TV, Fireplace, Large Bathroom, Walk-Out Deck, Turf Yard. A sweet dog is on the premises. Free street parking.

Cozy Private Primary Suite with Deck

STR 23-037 Return to your own master suite, with a cozy private deck and side yard that is separate from the rest of the home. Come and go as you please through our keypad entry system that allows you contactless entry day and night. So much to do within driving distance of this cozy guest suite: Go for a hike or bike ride in the mountains, catch a show at Red Rocks, or visit Denver. Go enjoy some BBQ or a CO craft brew down the road. This is the perfect location for your Colorado experience.

Mountain Chalet - Panoramic Views 45 Min to Denver

Serenity at 8,000 feet with Pine and Aspen trees. Address is Littleton, but it's part of the Conifer mountain community. The Chalet is a private quarters above our garage with a separate deck and entrance. We also host elopements and micro-weddings! Overlook mountains to the west and the Denver to the east. Hot tub is on the back deck of main house and overlooks city lights! Groceries, dining and hiking trails only 15 minutes away. There is no A/C. 4WD vehicles are required October - April.

Stay in the perfect location in the middle of it all - 15 minutes to Red Rocks, or downtown Denver; 1.5 hours to Breckenridge or Rocky Mountain National Park! Our guest suite (the bottom level of our home) provides you with a beautiful spot to relax and rest before taking on your next adventure. We live on the upper level and ask that guests respect quiet hours from from 10 pm - 7 am. Guests should anticipate hearing us upstairs during the daytime. All are welcome here.
