Il nostro accogliente cottage del 1860 ha un ingresso self check-in e si trova in un giardino privato con vista sul vecchio fienile. Il soggiorno, l'angolo cottura, la camera da letto e il bagno sono l'ideale per le coppie. Situata su un terreno di 1,6 ettari, la proprietà si affaccia su un'area alberata lungo il fiume Werribee. Ha polli e alpaca amichevoli da visitare, ma si trova a soli 5 minuti a piedi dalla città. Ballan è la base perfetta da cui partire per esplorare Daylesford, Trentham, Blackwood, Creswick e Ballarat. Sono tutti raggiungibili in 30 minuti in auto.

Il fienile si trova sul retro della proprietà, con vista sugli alberi, e offre una splendida sensazione di intimità. Ti ricordiamo che Foletti's Barn non è adatto o sicuro per bambini o neonati.
