Il nostro accogliente cottage del 1860 ha un ingresso self check-in e si trova in un giardino privato con vista sul vecchio fienile. Il soggiorno, l'angolo cottura, la camera da letto e il bagno sono l'ideale per le coppie. Situata su un terreno di 1,6 ettari, la proprietà si affaccia su un'area alberata lungo il fiume Werribee. Ha polli e alpaca amichevoli da visitare, ma si trova a soli 5 minuti a piedi dalla città. Ballan è la base perfetta da cui partire per esplorare Daylesford, Trentham, Blackwood, Creswick e Ballarat. Sono tutti raggiungibili in 30 minuti in auto.

Situato a Gordon, nelle splendide Central Highlands, il cottage si trova a poco più di un'ora di auto dal centro di Melbourne e a 1,4 km a piedi, in una posizione leggermente elevata, dal Gordons Cafe o dal pub.
