This is a fully furnished open floor plan efficiency located on 40 acres of farmland. There is a generator to assure power in case of a power outage. It is equipped with HD premium Dish,Wi Fi, and a full kitchen with all appliances & housewares. A well provides the water, and is a very good quality. The hot water is on demand. It is located next to a pond and fire pit. It is not suitable for children under twelve years of age and maximum occupancy is two.

Quiet rural area - located away from all of the noise but close enough to get where you need to in 30 minutes or less - I'm available and close by to take care of all of your needs via cell phone - this is our home and we want you to feel like home when you stay - we won't be onsite - so you'll have it all to yourself - enjoy - also there are plenty of tourist sites nearby like Frankenmuth - and Birch Run Prime outlets for shopping.

Private Lake House Suite

Very nice private suite in lake house on col de sac at private lake in our home. If you like peace and quiet in nature setting this is it. Property is on a hillside, so guests are required to use steps and slanted walkways. We live above the suite and would like to share this beautiful place with you. Parking: please park on the street right in front of our house. Don't turn around in the neighbor's driveway across the street.
