See 2-toaline korter asub Viljandi vanalinnas esimesel korrusel, 5-minutilise jalutuskäigu kaugusel Viljandi järvest. Lähim pood asub 400 meetri kaugusel. Viljandi lossivaremed on 10-minutilise jalutuskäigu kaugusel. Majas on 4 korterit ja tuleb arvestada ka naabritega. Korter mahutab 4 külalist. Maja taga on aed, grillinurk ja puhkenurk mis on ühiskasutuses. Parkimine pole hoovis võimalik, lähim võimalus on “Mäe” tänav (150m majast) või Viljandi järve parkla (250m majast). The house is freshly renovated and has central heating and modern ventilation but still with old details that are characteristic to Viljandi and adds a historic flutter and a little adventure.

Kick back and relax in this calm, recently finished (August 2022) cozy Saunahouse with an outdoor patio and eating area near Lake Viljandi. Saunahouse is located in a private yard and is perfect for 2 people, though an extra is possible. As the sauna is located in a private yard, there will be two extremely friendly Leonbergers (see the picture at the end) freely roaming around yard and maybe looking for belly-rubs or two, which is something to be considered.

Pinska modern guest apartment near to Viljandi. The apartment is on the second floor and have a beautiful view to the park. The apartment is renovated 2020. In the bathroom we have petrified wood sink - wonder of nature! We offer you a free parking space in the garden in case you are traveling by car. We have a possibility to use a barbecue grill in the bangalo where you can chill with your friends or family.

Kes mäkke ronida ei soovi, leiab lähedusest veel paremad sportimistingimused - ümber järve kulgevale terviserajale võib suunduda peaaegu et otse voodist! Lisaks on lähedal padeli- ja tenniseväljakud jms.

This compact, all-comfort cottage is located on the shores of a small waterfront in Kuiaru, Pärnu county, by the road Pärnu-Rakvere-Sõmeru. Pärnu’s city line is a 15-minute drive away. The house is located on the same property as our family home, but it is still private and conveniently accessible. The nearest grocery stores and petrol station are located in Selja (4 min) and Sindi (9 min).

Wonderful little cabin where to spend cozy nights viewing sunset. Next to the cabin is a nice and clean beach, where You can go fishing, swim or do ohter watersports. Nearby forests are rich in berries and mushrooms. Cabin has a small kitchen, toilet, shower- everything you need for also a longer stay. Visit Võrtsjärv.
