Questa casa ristrutturata, risalente al 1900, si trova proprio lungo il pittoresco canale del Delaware, offrendo viste mozzafiato e molte opportunità per attività all'aperto come kayak e bicicletta. All'interno sono presenti servizi moderni come un nuovo sistema di riscaldamento/aria condizionata, pavimenti in legno massello, un nuovo bagno, lavatrice e asciugatrice e una cucina completamente attrezzata. La zona loft dispone di un letto matrimoniale e di una scrivania, perfetta per lavorare da remoto. Il cortile dispone di posti a sedere all'aperto per godersi il paesaggio.

La Little House è un alloggio caratteristico per il tuo soggiorno nella zona del South Jersey, mentre visiti amici e parenti, cantine e birrerie, le spiagge o la città di Philadelphia. Inoltre, è vicino ai campi da calcio che ospitano molti campionati della costa orientale. La Little House è perfetta per un viaggiatore d'affari, una coppia o un adulto con un bambino per i tornei del fine settimana. Viviamo nella proprietà, nella casa principale soprannominata Brown House. Avrai la massima privacy, ma potresti vederci in giro a mangiare all'aperto!

La vita è migliore in riva al mare, soprattutto a Sweetwater! Benvenuti nel nostro incantevole e rustico cottage immerso nel cuore delle Pine Barrens del New Jersey, a pochi passi dal pittoresco fiume Mullica. Anche se il nostro cottage non si trova direttamente sul fiume, potrai godere di una vista parziale sul fiume e di un facile accesso a più punti lungo il fiume, tutti raggiungibili a piedi. Inoltre, siamo a pochi passi dal famoso Sweetwater Riverdeck and Marina, che è aperto stagionalmente e ospita eventi speciali durante tutto l'anno.

Il duplex si trova su un viale importante che collega le principali autostrade da New York a Philadelphia e Atlantic City. L'unità al piano inferiore è dove soggiornerai.
