La casa sull'albero è stata giustamente chiamata Osprey Treehouse per via dei numerosi falchi pescatori che hanno trascorso l'estate librandosi in aria e osservandoci mentre costruivamo questo edificio ottagonale di 6 metri intorno a un unico grande abete di Douglas di 1 metro. Le finestre di grandi dimensioni e la porta scorrevole regalano la sensazione di trovarsi in alto tra gli alberi. Può ospitare 2 adulti. Per motivi di sicurezza, non sono ammessi animali domestici o bambini di età inferiore a 12 anni. L'ingresso è in piano e il parcheggio è vicino. Le spese di pulizia sono di 50 $ e le tasse applicabili sono già incluse nella fattura.

Cottage con vista sul lago di Vancouver! Il Sailing Club è proprio accanto ed è delizioso ammirare il tramonto sul lago! Nuovo campo da pickleball! Non c'è accesso diretto al lago, ma si può entrare attraverso il cortile del proprietario. Questa zona del lago è principalmente per imbarcazioni non a motore come barche a vela, kayak, canoe, tavole da paddle, ecc. Siamo a 12 km dall'aeroporto internazionale di Portland, vicino a negozi, pub, parchi e al lungolago. Il nostro quartiere è tranquillo e il sentiero Burnt Bridge è vicino.
