Perfect base for Granada, beaches, Alpujarra, skiing and local restaurants. Great weather all year round. Paradise for hiking, cycling, lazing around pool or remote working. Good WiFi. It is a spacious one bedroom seafront apartment, located in the popular area of San Cristóbal Beach in Almuñécar. The apartment has all the facilities with modern decoration. It has a communal pool open all year, wifi, air-con, heating, all domestic electrical appliances. Almuñécar is a popular touristic town in the Costa Tropical with very mild temperatures. The apartment is very well located, in front of the prommenade, and the sea and beach. A car is not essential. All services are nearby.

The suite is designed for your maximum comfort, with a bedroom with a 180x190 cm double bed, a private bathroom with a shower, a private living-dining room with a sofa bed, and a kitchenette (for storing and heating food). It is equipped with underfloor heating and ceiling fans.

In front of the cortijo there is a small terrace for dinner or breakfast with views of the peak of the sierra Nevada. There is a fireplace, wifi and AC and washing machine. There is a swimming pool but it is shared with the owners of the house.
