Unique Kas home with idyllic garden and sea views

This year for the first time we have decided to rent out our beautiful family house for others to enjoy for their summer holidays. This unique place is a renovation of an old Kas village house with a 10 metre cedar wood balcony and is nestled in its own private garden with two patios, a hammock and lemon, orange, pomegranate, olive, and fig trees. With beautiful views of the sea and the Greek island it is perfectly located - the centre of town and local beaches are just a 5 minute walk away.

Bizim dairemiz kadar denizimizde temiz olduğu mavinin tüm tonlarını jakuzi ile rahatlarken izleyebileceğiniz bir apart olmasının yanı sıra, son derece güvenilir ve konforlu dairelerde misafirlerimizi ağırlıyor, gerek oda içi temizliği, düzeni, gerek tercih ettiğimiz şık mobilyalarla ve konumundan dolayı sahip olduğumuz manzaramızla misafirlerimize konaklama sağlıyoruz.

Stüdyo daire tarzı bir yapıya sahip olan yerin içerisinde 1 çift kişilik , bulunuyor. Yaklaşık olarak verandası ile beraber 40 metrekaredir. İçerisinde ; duş ,tuvalet ve mutfak mevcuttur. Muhteşem bir manzarası ve kendisine ait bir bahçesi vardır. Ahşap yapıya sahip olmasından kaynaklı olarak özellikle temmuz ve ağustos aylarında gün içerisinde sıcak olabilir, geceleri ise tam tersi olarak en serin olan yerimizdir. Ortak kullanımlı havuzu vardır .
