La casa conserva il suo carattere originale del Colorado e offre una vista eccellente e l'accesso a un campo da tennis con piattaforma. La piccola baita

Benvenuto nell'accogliente chalet dove potrai goderti la serena vista sull'acqua. Il piano principale del cottage dispone di cucina completa, soggiorno con divano letto king-size, lavatrice/asciugatrice e bagno. La zona notte al piano superiore dispone di un letto matrimoniale su un lato della passerella e di letti singoli sull'altro. Tieni presente che le scale che portano alla zona notte sono ripide e strette. Lo chalet ha una disposizione a pianta aperta. Il lil cabin si trova a 5 minuti da due negozi di alimentari e a 30 minuti da Aspen.

Circondato da 14ers e a 10 minuti dai più grandi laghi glaciali del Colorado, Alpenglow, appena ristrutturato, è il luogo perfetto per tutte le tue avventure all'aria aperta. Rilassati nella sauna personalizzata o sorseggia il caffè mattutino nella vasca idromassaggio, il tutto mentre ti godi la vista panoramica sulle cime innevate.

House si trova a 5 km dalla città, 13 miglia da Ski Cooper, 26 miglia da Copper Mountain, due destinazioni sciistiche preferite o magari tifa per il tuo motociclista o jogging preferito alla fine del vialetto. E comunque a meno di 5 km di distanza ti porterà alla strada principale del centro storico di Leadville, con molti musei, ristoranti e negozi.

It's remote and quiet, but accessible year-round: 2 hours from DIA, 1.5 hours from downtown Denver, and 50-mins from Breckenridge. Large kitchen (w/ fridge and antique stove), barnwood accents, huge 400sf deck, and historic decor from Como's gold rush. Dogs welcome, too.
