La camera February si trova all'interno dell'edificio Cranford, splendidamente ristrutturato. L'edificio è stato un punto fermo dell'architettura del centro dalla sua costruzione nel 1905. Nel 2013, l'edificio è stato sottoposto a un'imponente opera di conservazione e rivitalizzazione, guadagnandosi il riconoscimento nazionale per la sua conservazione storica. L'alloggio vanta oltre 110 metri quadrati, 3 camere da letto, pavimenti in legno, elettrodomestici in acciaio inossidabile, piani di lavoro in granito e ampie finestre con persiane; inoltre, si trova a pochi passi da tutto il centro.
