Welcome to Needles, Less than half a mile from the Colorado River and a mile from a boat launch this 3 bedroom 1 bath pool home provides a great river getaway. Bring your boats, RV's, fishing poles, kayaks, swimsuits and sun block. Plenty of level parking and nearby restaurants. The house is next to I-40 so there will be freeway noise. Our internet has been upgraded and tops out at 10 Mbps. When booking please confirm all members of your party can swim. Parties and smoking are prohibited.

Owners house is almost 1 acre away; we will provide our visitors with privacy! Hualapai Mtn 20min South Rim 2 2/12 hr Grand Canyon Skywalk 1 hr Las Vegas 1 1/2hr Many Biking/hiking trails within walking/Riding distance of your guest house!

Notice must be given bringing a service dog and disclose the task trained to perform. There are two dogs on the property. Snowbird reservations will be accepted beginning October.

Ride bikes around this historic town and check out the sights on Route 66 as well as The El Garces train depot just a few blocks away. Our home has extra street parking if you have a boat in tow. Enjoy food delivery including River City Pizza, just a short distance away. We welcome travelers to enjoy a restful stay in this quiet neighborhood just off of the highway.

This Great River Home is situated one row back from the River, in the upscale Palo Verde Neighborhood. Our Neighborhood has a private Boat Ramp & Private Beach (Great for kids) . Neighborhood is very quiet and family friendly. Just 15 min from Lake Mohave, 5 min to Rotary Park , and close to the airport, and everything else Bullhead City/Laughlin area has to offer. House comes fully furnished with 3 Big Screen Smart Tv's ready for enjoyment!

Check-in at 3:00 pm: Check-out at 10:00 am: We are centrally located in Fort Mohave, Arizona—walking distance to coffee shops, grocery stores, take-out, and much more. The backyard is fully fenced in for your pet. There are multiple golf courses and boat ramps to start your fun! The Avi casino is 3 miles away, and more casinos and great food are 20 minutes away. Katherine's Landing (Lake Mohave) is 25 minutes
