Since we have a high demand for parties of 2 the listing is priced for the one bedroom with pull out option. If you need or want the second bedroom opened up just book the unit as listed and message us to request the 2nd bedroom. This is a private stay, the only thing that is shared is the driveway with Apt #1 and #2, perfect for those who want to travel with friends. You also have your own screened in porch. You can arrive any time thats convenient to you after the 3pm check in time. That time is often earlier and I will be sure to let you know.
