Casa molto pulita con 3 camere da letto e 2 bagni completi, per non fumatori, in una splendida cornice di campagna su un ettaro di terreno. A soli 12 minuti di auto da Uptown Athens e dall'Ohio University. La casa può ospitare comodamente 3-4 persone (3 letti matrimoniali). Goditi una colazione self-service, un patio coperto e un facile accesso alla Highway 33. Ci sono anche due cantine molto vicine. Goditi le splendide viste sulla campagna e sulle dolci colline del sud-est dell'Ohio. Parcheggio, wifi, vasca idromassaggio e lavanderia in loco. Ideale per un weekend fuori porta o una visita ad Athens!

Barndominium Yellow Dog

Il nostro nuovissimo barndominium si trova a 10 minuti di auto dall'Università dell'Ohio, ma si trova su oltre 100 acri in campagna. Si trova vicino alla parte anteriore della proprietà, a pochi passi da un lago privato di 16 acri per sci nautico con splendide viste sul tramonto. I visitatori possono fare escursioni, pescare e nuotare durante il soggiorno. L'abbiamo progettato come rifugio per coppie, con vasca idromassaggio per 4 persone, ma una seconda camera da letto con letto matrimoniale e letto estraibile può ospitare amici o familiari che potrebbero unirsi a voi.

This is a rural location. Located on an open hill along a private drive, this newly built -"little house on the prairie"- is surrounded by fields on one end and woods on the other. The moon and lotsa stars at night -no neighbors nearby. Trails and ponds are available for your enjoyment. Swimming* and fishing is encouraged in the warmer months. A small outdoor fire ring is nearby. Hiking in the woods on the far side of the field will be off limits last week of October through thanksgiving.

Camp Forever is 20 minutes from Ohio University, and a Short 5 minute drive to 2 Wineries! We love pets and insist you bring them along for your stay.
