A small place to stay when travelling for work or visiting the area. Approximately 300 yards from Bentley Wood nature reserve. It’s a cosy cabin with very basic appliances/cups/bowls/dishes etc in the centre of a tiny village. There is a microwave, a 2 place countertop hob. A little fridge freezer. A bathroom with sink and shower. Towels provided I have had a couple poor reviews as there is nothing to do in the area, so ideal for a quiet stay!!! There is of course WiFi, tv, and board games.

The Lodge

Take it easy at this unique and tranquil getaway. Situated in an out of the way location on the coastal path. Peaceful and secluded surrounded by beautiful trees and wildlife including red squirrels. Ideal for walkers who enjoy nature and wildlife. There is a quiet beach in easy walking distance where you can find fossils, sea glass and an amazing array of seashells. Due to the out of the way location you ideally need transport to access the nearest shop and pub. 45 mins on foot/7 mins by car.

Ryans Cabin

Stunning wooden lodge in Purbeck Countryside

A perfect escape from the crowds. This newly built cabin nestles in the Purbeck countryside in the grounds of a Victorian cottage. Sit on your secluded decking and watch the steam trains roll by whilst enjoying relaxing drinks and a bbq. On colder days huddle up on the sofa in front of the logburner or wrap up for some glorious local walks. The historic villages of Corfe Castle, Worth Matravers and Kingston are within walking distance of around 30/45 minutes, with lovely pubs at the end!

The Garden Retreat is 2 mins walk from a local pub/restaurant. Bournemouth’s award winning sandy beaches are about 15 minutes away by car. However it has its own separate/private entrance and parking. The Cabin is designed so that the accommodation windows and private patio/sitting area all face the fields. Located centrally on the Island, less than 1 minute walk to bus access and local family friendly pub. Also a short walk to river-side cycle track.
