Questa incantevole casa sulla East Broadtop Railroad, costruita nel 1900, è stata restaurata. La casa include lavatrice/asciugatrice e 2 bagni completi. La cucina è completamente attrezzata per cucinare. A pochi passi dalla storica ferrovia East Broadtop e dal tram. A breve distanza dal lago Raystown e dallo State College. Bellissimo campo da golf nel raggio di 19 km. Negozio di alimentari e ristoranti nelle vicinanze. Città pittoresca per passeggiate e visite turistiche. La casa è libera (ampio cortile, negozio di articoli da regalo nella proprietà e parco giochi dall'altra parte della strada).

Ristrutturata di recente nel 2025, questa suite si trova proprio nel cuore del centro di Shippensburg, in un ambiente rilassato. Ha un bel cortile privato circondato dal verde. Si trova a 1/2 miglio dalla Shippensburg University e a meno di 40 minuti da Gettysburg. La suite fa parte di una casa in stile vittoriano più grande che è stata costruita nel 1893. Ha un sacco di fascino e molta luce naturale. Non ci sono schermi TV, ma abbiamo una connessione Wi-Fi veloce. Nella suite ci sono 1 letto matrimoniale e 1 letto a due piazze.

Vieni a scoprire una cupola in policarbonato davvero unica nel suo genere, nascosta tra le montagne degli Appalachi! Situata sul fianco della montagna, con vista sulla pittoresca valle di Cumberland. Privacy completa, tramonti mozzafiato e servizi incredibili! La cupola è climatizzata. L'ampia terrazza è dotata di una vasca idromassaggio meticolosamente mantenuta e di una piastra in pietra nera. Questo offre l'opportunità unica di immergersi nella natura, pur godendo di numerosi servizi e comfort.

La nostra baita è situata su una strada privata in pietra. Posizione molto tranquilla e remota. Tienilo a mente al momento della prenotazione. A 25 minuti di auto dal centro di Gettysburg, a 40 minuti dal Carlisle Fairgrounds. Vicino alla Michaux State Forest, al Pine Grove Furnace State Park e al Caledonia State Park; molti sentieri escursionistici, ATV e snow mobile. Per chi ama sciare, siamo a 30 minuti da Liberty Mountain a Fairfield e a 50 minuti da Roundtop Mountain a Lewisberry.
