Tucked among peaceful wooded surroundings, the home offers a comfortable base for day trips to Glacier National Park, Kootenai National Forest, rugged rivers, scenic trails, and nearby town favorites. After a day of exploring, return home to grill dinner on the deck, soak beneath the open sky, or unwind with books, board games, and a projector-style movie night. Inside, you’ll find modern furnishings, a fully equipped kitchen, dedicated workspace, central A/C and heat, free WiFi, laundry, and thoughtful everyday essentials. The primary suite features a king bed and en-suite bath with a soaking tub, while the second bedroom offers a queen bed and the living room includes a queen sleeper sofa. With room for RVs, trailers, boats, and up to 10 vehicles, plus an EV charger on-site, Sunset Valley Retreat makes arrival easy and adventure even easier. Optional rentals, including a boat and paddle boards, are also available on-site.

Situata sul lato nord della nostra proprietà, la nostra elegante nuova minicasa offre tutto il necessario per una vacanza indimenticabile. Questo piccolo spazio ha un grande impatto, con servizi che includono spazio abitativo all'aperto, una cucina (senza forno/fornelli), un bellissimo bagno, lavatrice/asciugatrice impilate, barbecue/grill all'aperto, braciere, aria condizionata e altro ancora. Non vediamo l'ora di accogliervi nel nostro elegante rifugio

Ti diamo il benvenuto a Colter Ridge! Rifugiati in questo accogliente chalet con due camere da letto e due bagni, che si affaccia sul lago Koocanusa e sulla Tobacco Valley. Situato su 10 acri, permette di godersi l'intera proprietà o di esplorare il Montana nord-occidentale. A 124 km dal Glacier National Park, a 80 km dalla stazione sciistica di Whitefish, a 22 km dal lago Koocanusa e a 180 metri dalla Kootani National Forest. Questa casa offre la possibilità di staccare la spina, ma dispone anche di internet in fibra per chi ha bisogno di lavorare. Offriamo anche prodotti Aveda per gli ospiti.

Accogliente baita con due camere da letto. Incastonato a lato del torrente nello storico ranch 69 a Eureka, nel Montana. Vista panoramica sulle montagne. Cavalli al pascolo e fauna selvatica visti spesso. Campi da golf nelle vicinanze e a 15 minuti dal lago Koocanusa. Non sono ammessi animali domestici, non sono ammessi bambini di età inferiore a 12 anni. Non dare da mangiare ai cavalli o entrare nell'area recintata. Non bruciare candele. Fuga rustica nel Montana! Rifugiati in un accogliente chalet in legno a pochi minuti dal lago Sophie, dal lago Tetrault e dal lago Koocanusa. Perfetto per fughe romantiche, avventure all'aria aperta o un rifugio tranquillo! La baita si trova vicino a Trapper's Roost, che serve ottimo cibo e bevande e dispone di una location per matrimoni. C'è un'area salotto all'aperto (a tema western/montagna) o un grande MT Photo Booth! WC chimico, acqua in bottiglia e molti servizi in loco! Tutti i comfort di casa lontano da casa!

You'll have a great time at this comfortable place to stay. Five minute walk to Abayance Bay Marina, restaurant, concert venue, & Lake Koocanusa access. Few minutes drive to Abayance boat launch or 5 minute drive to Rexford Bench boat launch. Playground is 2 minute walk. Lots of trails in the area. One bedroom but sleeps 6: queen bed and 2 fold out couches. Picnic table outside on site. Great for weekend getaways for friends or families. Camper next-door shares the backyard & outside amenities

Appartamento Tobacco Riverwalk

This unique flat is set up like a huge hotel room. Spacious room size, king size bed, comfy seating area and large bathroom. Small fridge, coffee pot, hot water pot, air conditioner, microwave provided along with dishes and a table. This second floor flat has its own patio table with 6 chairs. This location is attached to a commercial shop, the lower level is currently vacant. The main shop space is currently is being used for storage at this time and is pretty quiet.
