Come and stay in our spacious house in the heart of Newmarket. The house has three bedrooms, one with ensuite, an open plan kitchen, dining and living area and a fantastic outside area where you can enjoy the sun all day. The house is a five minute walk into town, where you can jump on a free shuttle bus to the famous Newmarket racecourse. The house is clean and modern but still feels homely. Horses can often be seen in the neighbouring Martin Smith Racing paddock from the bedroom windows.

Set in parkland just opposite Nowton Park, Tawny Lodge is only a five minute drive from the vibrant market town centre of Bury St Edmunds, or a scenic 45 minute walk.

It has a fully equipped kitchen, (it does not have a hob, it does have a conventional oven / microwave) , a Washing machine, Shower room, and Double Bed. Tea Coffee and Milk offered as standard We are happy to accept pets, for a small fee.
