The 1920s structure has restored original finishes : a claw foot tub, vintage bathroom sink, and farm house sink in the kitchen. Downstairs features original wood bead board ceilings. Upstairs the ceiling was removed to expose the roof and beams. Two fireplaces keep it cozy - you'll have a lovely place relax and listen to the rain on the metal roof.

Welcome to our quiet & cozy studio apartment located in our basement. You have your own driveway, entrance, and a private space that locks separately so you can relax. The studio is about 800 square feet, giving you plenty of room during your stay. Our location is close to Hickory, Morganton, with easy drives to Lake James, Table Rock, Blue Ridge Parkway, Boone, and Charlotte. The best part is the peaceful setting on our 70-acre farm where you’re free to explore and enjoy the countryside.

Brand new house built 2018 with 1 bedroom and 1 bath, 760 square feet. This comfy, cute, and stylish family home is located near Lenoir Rhyne University in Hickory, NC. Under a 10 minute drive to quaint downtown Hickory with plenty of shopping and historical districts nearby. Stay in and cook a warm meal while relaxing indoors or step out outside and have a seat on the bench under the covered front porch. Listen to the birds singing while flying about in the nearby tree. We personally live close to the property and will be available if you need us.

The 2-1-3 house

The 2-1-3 house is a charming 1950's bungalow right in the heart of hickory, just minutes from downtown, Lenoir Rhyne college, and many other corporate offices. Coffee houses, restaurants, grocery store, pharmacy and dry cleaning are all within walking distance. The 215 is pet friendly, however we REQUIRE a $20 pet fee, per pet ,also no more than 2 pets allowed. Animals can be no larger than 40 lbs. When you book please select the amount of guest including the pet/pets as guest.

Aspen Street Cottage. Walking distance from Lincolnton; "near the city, near the mountains, near perfect". This charming guest house sleeps ideally 2 but can accommodate a maximum of 4. Space includes 1 bedroom with a queen bed, living area with a double size sofa bed, bath with tub/shower and a kitchenette with a mini-fridge, microwave, coffeemaker and dishes. The guest house also has a TV with cable and other streaming services available.
