This is LaCava Inn! Be transported to a Mediterranean hideaway in this one-of-a-kind bed and breakfast suite with stunning pastoral views, a hot tub and conveniently located on the Placer wine trail. The suite accommodates 2 adults and was designed specifically to be your peaceful and romantic retreat. LaCava Inn is stocked with a fully functioning kitchen, dining nook, bed cove, spacious bathroom, private balcony, and sunk in hot tub overlooking breathtaking views. A destination in itself!

This is a brand new NextGen house in Plumas Lake. This unit is the in laws unit with it's own entrance, laundry, kitchenette, full bathroom, living room and bedroom. All furniture and appliances are brand new for our guest to enjoy. 2 people sleep in the queen size bed in the bedroom. 1 person can sleep on the convertible futon in the living area. When the futon is opened and converted into a bed, the measurement is 42 x 70 inches. Guests will be provided with the new personal door keypad code.

Beautiful native landscaping surrounds a basketball court and covered dining area. Indoors, natural light and a playful spark runs throughout with a second story hammock to enjoy it all!

There are many amazing things about this house and property, making it the perfect location for families & friends to come together. You can enjoy the rural setting with views of oak trees, surrounded by walnut orchards, or enjoy the large patio with BBQ and lounge seating. Relax in one of the five stylish decorated bedrooms or try the game room to enjoy a game of pool or chess. Plus, enjoy hundreds of movies on the file. All of this across the street from an 18-hole public golf course.

4 bed plus hide-a-bed, 2 bath house in the heart of Wheatland. High ceilings, open floor plan, central heating and air, pool table, lots of games. The large master bedroom has a shower, soaking tub, and double sinks. House is close to local restaurants and stores, 2 minutes to Bishops Pumpkin Farm, 10 to The Toyota Amphitheater, 12 to Hard Rock, 15 to Beale Air Force Base, 20 to Yuba City, 20 to Lincoln, 30 to Wake Island, 30 to Golfland Sunsplash, 35 to the Sacramento airport.
