Island Grove è il luogo ideale per giocare a tennis e in prossimità della Morning Glory Farm preferita dall'isola e dalla pista ciclabile per Edgartown Village e South Beach. La nostra casa dispone di tre camere da letto (matrimoniale grande, matrimoniale, due gemelli), terrazza con tenda da sole, aria condizionata e un facile giro in bicicletta per la città o la spiaggia. Tranquillo, rilassante e vicino al meglio di Edgartown e del Vineyard. Forniamo lenzuola ed asciugamani da bagno (molti non lo fanno).

Perfetto per una coppia o una coppia con bambini più grandi (lo spazio non è adatto a chi ha problemi di mobilità). Al piano inferiore, zona giorno, zona pranzo, frigorifero, tostapane, macchina per il caffè, bagno di servizio -- la doccia è all'esterno, nel giardino privato. Zona notte in stile loft al piano superiore (2 sezioni private). 2 labrador amichevoli e 5 galline in loco. A pochi passi dal negozio di Chilmark, facile accesso in autobus. Pass per raggiungere a piedi le spiagge della città, senza pass per auto

Addormentati al suono delle onde. Esclusiva suite di 93 metri quadrati al 1° piano, circondata da terreni protetti e adiacente alla nuova Squibnocket Pond Reservation di 130 ettari. La suite è composta da 2 camere elegantemente arredate e un ampio bagno in marmo. Tre serie di portefinestre si aprono su un ampio terrazzo con giardini. La camera da letto più grande dispone di un caminetto in pietra sulla spiaggia con una stufa a legna. 12 minuti a piedi dalla spiaggia privata. Proprietario occupato al 2 ° piano.
