A unique villa with tranquil views. Inspired by the humble complexity of the Cycladic islands, the 3 en-suite bedroom villa has unobstructed views towards the Aegean sea. The villa has a shaded outdoor living/dining area that can be used throughout the day. This open space encourages socializing in the true spirit of laid-back summer living. A The villa also has a shaded Jacuzzi lounge area . The design and the material pallete is inspired from the island’s tradition and local craftsmanship.

In olive trees, sandy beach 300m - Koutimou

Alone amongst olive and orange groves yet 300m from a beach and the beautiful and very interesting village, Koutimou is special and full of character. Views are 360° from the roof terrace & bedrooms. Hill walks start right behind the house. Shade in the large garden comes from our olive trees (+hammock) and the verandah + swing seat. Inside it is well equipped and comfortable (charming, NOT smart!). Good WiFi. No TV. 5 minute walk to beautiful Plomari centre and harbour. Parking (NOT EASY).

Blue Garden 2

Blue Garden is a brand new project in our mediterranean organic olive garden with private access to the beach. Here you can connect with nature and enjoy tranquility and privacy. The Houses were constructed in 2022 with high standards and comforts. Enjoy the sea view from inside the house and your private patio or relax at the beach that rests 50 metres from it. The Garden has mostly olive trees but you can also discover various other trees or vegetables. The project is stil in development.
