We've prepared a private space in our pet and smoke-free home which includes one bedroom with a comfy queen bed, a full bath with shower/tub and a cozy TV lounge that offers a breakfast/work table and a coffee station with mini-fridge and microwave. You’ll find your rooms to be immaculately clean & fresh.

This new Charleston style home is centrally located in trendy Park Circle is also dog friendly! Steps away from Paradiso pool & restaurant! 5 min drive to Charleston Wine + Food. 10 min drive to downtown Charleston/SEWE. 12 min drive to Credit One Stadium. 20 min drive to beaches of Sullivans Island. Beautiful new neighborhood with several walking paths. 12 min drive from airport. Please let us know if you need an early check in or late check out! We can usually accommodate these requests!

My Happy Place

This is a charming cottage with a pool and large outdoor area. It is located 3 minutes to both I26 and 526, a 10 minute drive to downtown Charleston and walking distance to North Charleston’s trendy, fun area. The Credit One Stadium on Daniel Island is a 10 minute drive, the Isle of Palms and Sullivans Island 15 minutes and North Charleston Colliseum 5 minutes. It is easy to get to all these places and there are many fun things to do in the Charleston/North Charleston/Daniel Island areas.

Pelican's Porch on Folly Beach-Oceanview

Located directly across from beach with a path to our front yard. Comfortable beach house, tastefully decorated on the West end of the island with large deck overlooking the ocean. The short sandy beach path is right out the front door. The home has ocean views and peaks of the river to the rear. View both sunrises and sunsets on this end of island. 9 blocks from the vibrant , eclectic center of town is where you'll find locally owned cafes, restaurants, stores, bars and the pier.

You will be close to everything at the centrally-located Southern Magnolia House. Just 10 minutes to historic downtown Charleston and 20 minutes to beautiful beaches. Just minutes to Park Circle boasting some of the best eats and views including Riverfront Park. Or just head a few miles over Cosgrove bridge and enjoy the West Ashley neighborhood including Charlestown Landing. Bring your furry babies! They will love our fully fenced back yard! This centrally-located 2-bedroom condo in the Avondale neighborhood is close to downtown but still quiet. You're a short walk to multiple neighborhood favorites (Avondale Wine & Cheese, Pearlz Oyster Bar, Gene's Hofbrauhaus and Triangle Char and Bar). Or a short 6 minute drive/Uber to King Street if you want the Southern Charm experience.
