"Studio di un architetto" Questa accogliente casa sull'albero è idilliaca. Avvolta da sequoie, abete rosso di Sitka e mirtilli rossi. Una scala ti porta all'accogliente soppalco, dove potrai ammirare le stelle attraverso i due enormi lucernari. Appena giù per i gradini, attraverso il SOGGIORNO ESTERNO, entra nella "Shower Grotto", all'interno di un ceppo di sequoia secolare con doccia a pioggia.

Accogliente fienile/selleria rustico ristrutturato circondato da querce, abeti e pini, situato nel nostro prato inferiore. I filari di lavanda che fioriscono sotto la recinzione del paddock profumano l'aria durante i mesi estivi e sono disponibili per la raccolta. Posti a sedere all'aperto per godersi le mattine, una piccola vista sull'oceano e i tramonti. L'estuario di Navarro Beach dista pochi chilometri ed è perfetto per passeggiate a piedi o in acqua. Nessun wifi, per offrire una vera esperienza di campagna che pensiamo ti piacerà, offrendoti solitudine, relax e reinvenzione.

Questo cottage completamente recintato si trova sotto il vigneto di Halleck, una delle prestigiose cantine della contea di Sonoma.
