Beautiful Waterfront Cottage is conveniently located 2.5 hours from the GTA (20 mins from Parry Sound). This Cottage has a gorgeous lake view with a private beach, dock and deep water for swimming. Guests have access to kayaks, life jackets, noodles, as well as outdoor sports equipment for volleyball, badminton, tetherball, boccia ball, soccer, and football. Cottage has a fire place, BBQ and fire pit. Play a round of exceptional golf at The Ridge at Manitou golf course located right on the lake.

Nestled in 11 forested acres of the Pine River Valley, we are just 1 hour north of Pearson & 45 minutes from Collingwood or Wasaga. Hike the trails, enjoy the hot tub and leave the busy world behind. Take in stunning panoramic views of Beaver Valley at Dragonfly Ridge. Close to many ski hills, hiking trailheads & river access points for paddling. Wake up to breathtaking views from your cozy, private cabin with a King Bed and Queen Bed in the loft. Book the Clubhouse ($40/hour, 2 hour minimum) to access a separate recreation building on the property with an 8-person cedar sauna, 6-person hot tub, cold plunge, a professional golf simulator, private movie theater, Ping Pong and more.

This basement unit has 1 bedroom, 1 private bath, living room with bar kitchen (not for cooking). This is not a luxury one, but a cozy "cave" for relaxation, meditation, etc. or simply a quiet and convenient place for travellers, workers, students to stay and enjoy breakfast from 7:45 am to 10:00 am (no special diets). Hidden amongst the trees in the middle of Muskoka, this Hemlock log cabin boasts high ceilings and a true "cabin in the woods" feel. Its not hard to relax and unwind with a coffee in front of the fire, or go and explore along the private forest trails (1-2k of walking trails). As well, downtown Bracebridge is a convenient 10 minute drive away with all amenities. There is a veggie garden on the property and depending when you come you can pick away at it :) Pets are welcome in the home!

Friendly Owl B&B - Pine Room

This spacious ground floor room sleeps a converted king bed (two twins joined). The daybed is dressed as a sofa (converting to a twin or king bed for groups of 3-4). A private ensuite bathroom, includes linens (no beach towels), soap/shampoo/body wash, hairdryer. Our fresh hearty breakfasts are very popular! Served in your suite, or outdoors, we accommodate all dietary restrictions. Dishware, kettle & tea in room. The rooms are naturally cool, and have ceiling fans, but no AC.
