Quasi tutti gli ospiti descrivono il mio alloggio come accogliente, che era la sensazione che volevo dare quando l'ho progettato! Questo ampio monolocale privato di 28 metri quadrati con 1 camera da letto ti piacerà. Questa unità dispone di un proprio ingresso con porta a codice, bagno completo, grande cabina armadio, mini frigorifero, freezer e forno a microonde. Dispone di un posto auto nel vialetto e di una lavatrice/asciugatrice. Il cortile è condiviso, ma l'unità dispone di un patio privato. L'alloggio in affitto è annesso a una casa unifamiliare. (Nota: cucina non completa)

Grazie a questo spazio in posizione strategica, non dovrai rinunciare a nulla. A soli 10 minuti dalla città. Chalet appartato in una fattoria di 23 ettari che si affaccia su un grande recinto con 4 mucche delle Highlands. Questa bellissima proprietà ha un campo da golf nelle vicinanze e sentieri che la collegano a Heritage Park. Piscina. Caminetto. Tramonti incredibili! Chi non vorrebbe vivere come a Yellowstone per un po'? Sede di Welcome Pastures, un'organizzazione no-profit 501(c)3. Una parte dei proventi va alla fondazione.

Accogliente suite privata a metà strada tra Capo e Boston

Ampia camera privata situata nel seminterrato di una casa unifamiliare. L'alloggio è situato a meno di un minuto dalla Route 3, a metà strada tra Boston e Cape Cod. La camera ha un letto matrimoniale e un lettino euro che può essere utilizzato per rilassarsi e guardare la TV o reclinato per dormire. C'è un angolo cottura situato nella stanza con un frigorifero con congelatore, un forno a microonde e un Keurig . Il bagno privato si trova all'interno della camera da letto. Rinfrescati in piscina durante i mesi estivi.

This my home in which I am now an "empty-nester". I have 3 bedrooms available, each with a Queen bed, plus a room over the garage with 4 futons/mattresses. NOTE: I live here and will be home during your stay. You'll have access to a private bathroom and the rest of the house: kitchen, dining room, living room, etc. NO pets allowed My place is close to Boston, Worcester, Providence, state parks, etc. Good for singles, couples, business travelers and families. Great pool and hot tub!

This home is in historic Hopkinton, where the Boston Marathon starts, center of MA.

This poolside cottage is a country retreat in the city. We are nestled into a small bit of woods on top of the "hill" as it is called locally. The cottage is a studio apartment that has a microwave and mini-fridge as well as sitting area and table. It has a lovely view of the pool and gardens. Besides the pool, there are two garden ponds where we keep ornamental fish. Outside the garden fence there is often a parade of various types of birds, bunnies and even wild turkeys and deer.

Centrally located with easy access to highways, train stations, etc. Next to a park with hiking trails, this is a secondary unit (Duplex units) with its own separate entry/exit. 3 bedrooms (one on lower level, two on 2nd level), kitchen, 2 baths (both on lower level). ~2000 square feet of space. Some seasons (including some winters) we have hens in the backyard...

You will enter through a shared entrance & stairway in our home, but have an entire 725 sq. ft. guest apartment all to yourself that includes a living room, full kitchen, bathroom, and large bedroom with a desk. It has ample light with views of fields, stone walls, Christmas trees and our barn. Out back we have a pool, table & chairs you may use.
