Stone Grey is one of the 3 apartments recently renovated at our holiday home in Senj. All units are decorated to tell a unique story of inspiration and peace you can find while overlooking the magnificent landscape of this area. Autumn, winter and early spring are perfect times of the year for a reset getaway. Senj is known for the most sunny days a year in Croatia, emblematic blue skies beneath Velebit mountain, and bura wind - ideal for hiking, excursions, gourmet routes and much more!

Apartment Vala 5*

Luxurious five star, two storey apartment approximately 70m2 situated in a traditional old Mediterranean style house which is located in a small marina. Fully renovated in 2016, located on the 2nd floor with a separate enterance. Apartment features a fully equipped kitchen, living room with sofa bed, master bedroom with hot tub in the loggia. Both floors have toilets/bathrooms. We at Vala aparments offer discretion but are always at your disposal if a need arises. Free parking space.

Villa Vinodol *with great sea view and pool

Modernly furnished holiday home with sea views just 150 m from the sea. It has 6 comfortable bedrooms, 3 bathrooms, toilet, living room with dining room and a kitchen in a separate room. In addition to a well-kept outdoor area with a private swimming pool, covered barbecue terrace and outdoor dining area, you can expect a very spacious holiday villa that is equipped with all the amenities for a relaxing stay. It is located in Novi Vinodolski, a charming seaside town.

Ihr Loft über der Kvarner Bucht mit Infinity Pool

Above the rooftops of Kvarner Bay, above the yachts of Mitan Marina, our attic apartment, newly renovated in 2023, offers a unique sea view and a loft-like living atmosphere. Equipped with all the usual kitchen appliances, you will find a dishwasher and a washing machine as well. WIFI and TV are a given, as well as air conditioning (hot and cold), a bathtub and, to cool off, an outdoor shower on the terrace. Walking distance to Lopar beach in Novi is 8-10 minutes.

Casablanca Boutique Apartment

Casablanca apartment is family owned located in a quiet area of Novi Vinodolski perfect for family vacation. The beach is located in front of the house, just a few steps away. In front of the house there is a pedestrian zone great for walking, jogging, bicycling, roller skating, etc,. In the evening you can find a variety of restaurants which serve local cuisine. The promenade leads toward the old city, which is 20 minutes easy walking distance.

Villa Jelena

Villa Jelena is an indigenous coastal house, completely isolated on a property of 20,000 m2. It is one of the few villas that stretches to the sea. 150 meters from the property there is the beautiful bay of Dumbocca with crystal clear sea and white pebbles.The natural environment with 200 olive trees provides guests with a pleasant and intimate atmosphere. Until 01. 06. and from 01. 10 pool heating is charged 100 euros per week.

Cozy self-standing house

You will love this small, cozy house because of it's location near the beach and the city centre (both a 5 minute walk). Since the house is self-standing, you will be able to enjoy your privacy. I offer also a parking space. The place has air conditiong to cool you down in the hot summer days. You can enjoy a nice cup of coffee with the view of the city walls from the terrace.

Apartment Anabel

Bright and comfortable modern apartment, just 10 meters from the restaurant, few steps away from the beach and with amazing view on the sea and the city, with fully equipped kitchen, WiFi, TV. It is located in a small and quiet place only 3-4 minutes drive from the center of town Senj. Apartment is situated in the house, at the first floor and has two balconies.

It is the oasis if you like to relax and enjoy spectacular view of the sea and nearby islands and Mediterranean garden. Our house is pet friendly but we charge additional fee for pets.
