Welcome! We are the owners/ builders of this house constructed in 2016 and live in the main house beside it. It has its own entrance and sits above the garage for great views of the creek, Intracoastal Waterway beyond, and sunrises each morning. The Cozy Cabin is close to Wrightsville Beach, downtown Wilmington, Airlie Gardens, nightlife, the airport, and parks. It is bright, spacious, and full of custom touches and amenities. For kayakers, a dock and access to the water are within steps.

This stylish spot has a kitchenette, full bathroom, closet, an amazingly comfortable bed and sofa! The perfect getaway spot for a couple or a few friends!!

Southport Serenity, Entire full studio apartment

Entire studio apartment over the garage in a quiet family neighborhood. One mile from Southport's Historic and Picturesque Waterfront. Offers a full array of amenities from on-site parking, private entry, full bath, kitchen w/ refrigerator, microwave & single burner cooktop, blender, Keurig, dishes/utensils. Large living area with coffee table, chair, couch and desk. Games and books for your enjoyment. WIFI & Smart TV, outdoor shower, beach bikes and chairs. Patio area with Adirondacks.

Welcome to island living!! Sparkling clean, quiet private suite that is loaded with beachy charm. On site: TV, wifi, microwave, refrigerator, tea/coffeemaker and spacious bathroom with shower. Only a 5 minute drive/bike ride to any of Oak Island's 64 free beach accesses. One block off the island's main street, and close to all the restaurants & shopping. Owners live on site & are happy to answer any questions & provide information about the island, restaurants & local attractions.

Just a short drive to many local attractions, including Myrtle Beach, SC, and Wilmington, NC. Our Guest Suite is completely private from the rest of the house. The home is also on a public golf course. Beautiful views any time of day of the 7th fairway. The suite has a loft that can sleep 2 adults. New this season, a private bedroom with a queen bed.
