Accogliente appartamento in un rustico chalet a 3 piani immerso in 20 acri di bosco. La proprietà è completa di sentieri escursionistici, stagno con esche artificiali solo cattura e rilascio, oltre a vasca idromassaggio. L'unità dispone di una camera con letto matrimoniale, bar/zona pranzo, divano e bagno. Forno a microonde e frigorifero nel bar. I proprietari vivono sopra l'appartamento e saranno lì se necessario. C'è un ingresso privato, quindi non è necessario che ci vediamo affatto! Situato a 8 minuti dalla Strada del Vino di Seneca, a 10 minuti da Watkins Glen e a 20 minuti da Ithaca.

Casa sulla collina

Una casetta con tutti i comfort di casa. Suite con una camera da letto, senza scale, con tramonti incredibili e la sensazione di essere in mezzo al bosco, pur essendo abbastanza vicini da godere di un breve tragitto in auto per raggiungere alcuni dei migliori sentieri escursionistici, ristoranti, cantine e altre mete dei Finger Lakes. Se vieni in inverno, ti consigliamo di utilizzare un veicolo a trazione integrale se c'è neve sulle strade, ma a mezzo miglio giù per la collina e sei sull'autostrada statale per la regione dei Finger Lakes.

Currently, New York State charges 8% sales tax and Yates County charges 4% Occupancy Tax which is added to the amount you pay when booking the space. Sorry.
