Our location is fantastic! From here, walk to restaurants, shops, the beach, everything! We have ample parking, too. We ask guests to keep in mind that this is an older home, last remodeled in 1969! Please consider this when booking, while staying, & when reviewing. While the location can't be beat, expect to be staying in an older home if you choose our place. Due to COVID-19, please bring your own towels, sheets & pillows. We provide bedspreads. ALLERGIES: A dog & cat lived here recently.

Birch Ledge Guesthouse--Four Season Maine Getaway

Both rustic and elegant, the Birch Ledge Guest House offers a cozy place to relax and recharge, whatever the season. The first floor features a spacious living room (with queen sized pull-out-couch), dining area, and small kitchen. The bathroom has a walk-in shower. The second floor is a loft accessible by a spiral staircase and has a comfy queen and two twin sized beds. The guesthouse is surrounded by quiet forest and is an easy 30 minute drive to Portland.

Wren Cabin + Wood fired Sauna

We built the Wren Cabin to be a serene space filled with light and art and with lots of cozy details. Lofted ceilings, a spiral staircase and large open concept with lofted bedroom. The cabin also has a gorgeous wood-fired sauna for those colder days. Wren cabin has a large wraparound deck for relaxing and an outdoor fire pit, as well as shared access to Adams Pond. The space is modern Scandinavian, light and aery, and filled with thoughtful details.

3 bedrooms, 1 bathroom walking distance to center of town and the beach. This well maintained cape is in THE perfect location! Walk to the shops, restaurants and the Marginal Way. Hop the trolley to Perkins Cove or the Ogunquit Playhouse. Enjoy a drink on the enclosed porch while seeing the sunrise, reading a book or people watching in this wonderful setting. (Pets for an additional fee, sheets and towels not provided).
