Inside, bunk south offers all the essentials for a relaxed stay, including a comfortable sleeping area, a smart tv for streaming, and a small dining bar for easy meals. The kitchen is fully equipped with major appliances, cookware, dishware, and conveniences such as a dishwasher, microwave, coffee maker, toaster, blender, and starter supplies like coffee and spices. Free wifi, central air and heat, ceiling fans, linens, towels, and complimentary toiletries are provided to make your stay easy and comfortable. Guests have access to a washer and dryer with detergent included, as well as an iron, ironing board, and hangers. The cabin is single-story with only a few steps needed to enter. The homeowner lives on-site in a separate unit and may be present during your visit, and there is another rental on the property with some shared outdoor areas. Driveway parking is provided for one vehicle. Bunk south is pet friendly with an added fee for up to two pets. Smoking, parties, and large gatherings are not permitted. Guests must be at least 25 years old to book, and a photo ID may be required at check-in. Additional fees and taxes may apply. Bunk south offers a peaceful retreat in a serene ranch environment, giving guests a quiet escape close to the beaches, rivers, and charming coastal towns of the treasure coast. La nostra pittoresca e moderna baita da pesca è perfetta per una piccola famiglia o per un rifugio di coppia. Situato su 22 acri sul lago Istokpoga, sul lago Istokpoga Marina e sul parco camper. Avrai accesso illimitato alla nostra rampa per barche e diversi scivoli per il parcheggio della barca. Il lago Istokpoga è uno degli ultimi laghi davvero selvaggi di Florida con tonnellate di fauna selvatica di ogni tipo, enormi alligatori. lontre, aquile calve e gru sabbiose solo per citarne alcuni. Su richiesta sono disponibili anche tour privati in airboat!

Benvenuto nella nostra baita accogliente e serena sul lago Okeechobee. Ammira splendidi tramonti e barche che passano dal portico schermato. La baita si trova sul canale del bordo della parte settentrionale del lago. Questa è l'unica comunità condominiale in legno in Florida. Puoi pescare dal molo, portare o noleggiare una barca e parcheggiarla proprio nel tuo cortile: i moli sono in ordine di arrivo. La struttura vanta anche uno scivolo per barche, che è ad uso di tutti i residenti e ospiti della comunità.

Questa bellissima baita di legno è stata costruita nel 2019. Nel processo di costruzione sono stati messi tanto amore e creatività. Io e mio marito abbiamo costruito questa casa con l'idea di condividerla con i nostri amici e ospiti. Il quartiere è molto tranquillo, verde, rustico, ma avventuroso. Inizia la giornata con una bella tazza di caffè/tè e concludila con una birra fredda accanto al fuoco.
