Marked 1/4 mile private hiking trail for quiet walks with the kids and pets. Washer and dryer, air conditioning, sofa sleeper for extra guests, pin ball game and full kitchen. Traverse City and Crystal Mountain are only 20 miles away and "The Most Beautiful Place in America" Sleeping bear Dunes is only 35 minutes away. Lost lake pathway is just a mile and half down the road which is great for hiking and biking!

Guests have easy access to the River Walk for a nice stroll down to Lake Michigan. Our property sits on 5 acres and is bordered by 50,000 acres of the Manistee National Forest. It’s quiet and remote, but centralized to many popular Northern Michigan destinations. Relax around the fire in the evening, and explore all this incredible area has to offer!

Our cabins are located alongside Hwy US-10, within the Manistee National Forest. Close enough to Ludington, but far enough away from the summer crowd! It's about 20mins. to Ludington, which has a beautiful beach with great summer activities. Nearby you will find hiking and ORV trails in plenty. Pere Marquette River boat launch only a few minutes away!

This is our home away from home. It's close to Lake Michigan and Portage Lake, on a quiet and secluded street with plenty of sun and views of nature. The cottage is good for year-round use - golf, hiking, watersports, skiing, or just relaxing are solid options. It’s move-in ready for a weekend or a week.
