Tranquilla casa sul lago privata, situata su 2 rare scogliere rocciose che offrono una maestosa vista sull'acqua, proprio come nel 1939. Soggiorno spazioso con un enorme camino. La grande cucina circonda lo chef. Grande vasca idromassaggio, barca a remi con tettuccio, 8 kayak, casa sull'albero, infinite finestre sul lago, banchine, a 1 ora da Manhattan con aquile e una vasta fauna selvatica, come se fossi nel profondo bosco. Lago pulito e incontaminato, ricco di pesci. Non sono mai stati usati motori a gas. Un lago in cima alla montagna sopra l'area sciistica. Osservazione delle stelle! Perfetto per stare in compagnia.
