Welcome to Bear's Eye View. Come stay in our newly furnished, completely renovated condo with great mountain views. Bear's Eye View sleeps 6 & has 2 bdrms (comfortable beds) 1.5 baths w/a Queen size sofa sleeper. A/C throughout. GREAT LOCATION!! We are located just 1/2 mile from mid-town Ruidoso where you will find plenty of shopping & dining & Approx. 10 minutes from the turnoff to Ski Apache. During the summer months there is a heated outdoor pool, horseshoe pit & BBQ grill in the common area

It also includes a spacious sectional, a 55-inch Smart TV, and a dining or working table. French doors and patios offer views of the forest and mountains. Your suite in the cottage sits on 4 acres of pines next to Lincoln National Forest and near the Village of Cloudcroft, inviting you to relax among the trees. Visitors have spotted elk and wild horses.

Electronic lock access for easy check in/out. No WiFi. Condo does have heating, cooling, fireplace, cable, towels, and plates/pans/utensils for cooking.
