Ti diamo il benvenuto nella nostra suite privata per gli ospiti immersa nella campagna! Accogliamo gli ospiti nella nostra casa di 1.050 piedi quadrati con 3 camere da letto e 1 bagno. La suite è un edificio privato separato all'interno della nostra proprietà. Siamo a 11 minuti dal Lambeau Field di Green Bay, a 20 minuti da Appleton/Fox Cities e a 80 km (1 ora e 10 minuti) da Oshkosh/EAA Venture Ci godiamo lo spazio e la privacy della campagna, con un accesso facile e veloce alle città urbanizzate intorno a noi per tutte le necessità. Amiamo gli animali, ma non possiamo accettarli nell'alloggio.

Un alloggio accogliente lontano da casa

Situata a meno di 3 km dall'aeroporto di Appleton e a 51 km da Lambeau, questa casa executive si trova in una tranquilla strada senza uscita. Ci sono 3 camere da letto al piano principale, due con letti matrimoniali e un bagno in comune tra loro. La suite padronale si trova all'estremità opposta della casa. Nel seminterrato c'è una sala ricreativa, una quarta camera da letto e un bagno di servizio. C'è un bel cortile, un patio e un grande braciere. Un alloggio ideale per le partite dell'EAA o dei Packers (prendi una navetta per circa 30 $ a tratta).

Questo spazio abitativo si trova al piano inferiore della nostra casa ranch, che si trova in un quartiere incantevole e sicuro. Gli arredi di questa zona sono per lo più pezzi antichi provenienti da familiari speciali. Puoi anche utilizzare il portico con zanzariera e il patio per rilassarti in primavera/estate. Avrai un ingresso privato attraverso il garage in modo da poter andare e venire come preferisci. La cucina è arredata in modo da poter cucinare. Nelle vicinanze ci sono anche molti ristoranti. Chiedici se hai bisogno di qualcosa!

The highway is right around the corner to get you straight to Green Bay or the other side of Appleton! Less than 25 mins to Lambeau Field and 30 mins to EAA. The kitchen is stocked, and the patio is pretty private with no homes behind it.

Additional amenities: pool table, foosball table, ping pong and treadmill.

Less than a 30 min drive to Lombardi field in GB! Property's not lived in, but set up to accommodate groups up to 8 needing a comfortable place to stay. Owners live in the attached home next door. In-ground pool out back is off limits without prior approval from owners due to liability.
