The annex comprises fully equipped kitchen, bathroom, dining / lounge area with a smart tv. There is fast wifi and the space acts as a very comfortable workspace. Double bed on mezzanine (accessed via ladder) and sofa bed in lounge. Welcome breakfast, coffee, tea provided. Pets welcome and parking available.

The lounge has a dining table, huge corner sofa bed, music system, super-fast fibre broadband. Bedroom has a super comfy king-size bed and opens out on to a secluded outdoor space. The flat is a 2-min walk to the beach, loads of cafes, pubs & shops on your doorstep. Brighton centre is a 15 min seafront walk / 7 min cycle / 4 min taxi.

At the front of the house, its comfortable, stylish, bright and airy - provides a perfect getaway in Saltdean, which is a 15 min drive to Brighton, 10 min walk to the beach/ The Downs. There is no washing machine/Sky TV…annex is within the house so there may be minimal daytime noise (nighttime foxes!). I work but am available outside of work hrs if/when needed.
