La casa si trova nella nostra azienda agricola di famiglia di oltre 32 ettari, dove risiedono anche bovini Black Angus. Potresti anche avvistare cervi, tacchini e altri animali selvatici. Ci sono numerose mangiatoie per uccelli, quindi potrai dedicarti al birdwatching da diverse aree salotto all'aperto. La proprietà è ricca di sentieri che attraversano giardini di fiori selvatici e offre ampie vedute delle montagne circostanti.

Questa pittoresca fattoria dei primi del '900 si trova tra alberi ombrosi e si affaccia su un bellissimo pascolo e giardino. Rilassati sul portico o arrostisci i marshmallow nel braciere. Il parcheggio e la zona circostante sono abbastanza grandi per ospitare un rimorchio. È comoda per chi pratica equitazione, trekking, kayak e ciclismo sul bellissimo altopiano del Cumberland. Big South Fork National Recreation Area, Pickett State Park, Historic Rugby, Muddy Pond e Sgt. Alvin C. York's Museum and Burial Place sono tutti raggiungibili in 30 minuti.
