As you drive up your quarter mile private driveway you will arrive at your own 7.5-acre estate and private canyon five minutes from El Paseo. Your home is the ultimate in privacy. It has an oasis backyard, sparkling pool and hot tub with an amazing canyon view (you own the canyon). This sprawling 4,200 square foot home offers a huge Great Room warmed by a fireplace, a furnished library with shelves of books for quiet afternoons.

We have growing traffic on our main road; winter & spring, especially Feb-April events, bring staggering amounts of visitors to PS, as well as rains, flooding, & road closures, routing large vehicles down our street. Our guests love it here but we had our first complaint so noting it for light sleepers & those seeking ample quietude.
